No ECM for hero locust - thats too P2W.
maybe it would be OK if it only had like 3 hardpoints and was limited to a 170-180 engine, or something, but I still think its a bad idea to give any hero 'mech ECM unless one of the regular variants of that chassis has ECM.
Also, I think it would be kinda BS if the hero locust had a higher engine cap than the regular locusts.
I do think that all locusts should have their max engine size increased from 190 to 195, though. This would make it slightly faster than the commando. As it currently is, its slower than the commando... which is unfortunate since the commando is way more durable, so it basically outclasses it in every possible way.
That being said, I would absolutely buy a hero locust as long as it can hold at least 3 energy weapons. Energy weapons are the backbone of a good light mech build, IMO. Missiles are just too heavy for the locust to use effectively.
That being said, here are some suggestions:
Here is what I would really like to see:

Here is a smurfy link - pretend that the small lasers are machine guns, and pretend that the XL190 engine is an XL195.
LCT-N "Noisy Locust" (MIB reference haha)
If you raised the locust max engine to 195 in the same patch for all variants, every locust fan would definately buy this, with the included engine being a little extra incentive. Since the XL195 weighs the same as the XL190, it is probably a drop in upgrade for peoples existing favorite locust build.
