Hi sorry to bother you but I havent been able to get any official answer or find any billing support email or ticket based system where I can lodge an inquiry.

Can you or one of your staff have a look at the thread below and let me know if its a possibility?

I would love to be able to buy more than one elite pack as the main thing I want is more ingame currency and premium months and I am only interested in he catapault and atlas mechs.

If you purchase an elite pack, you have the option of upgrading to legendary later. You cannot purchase two elite packs for the same account.

You cannot double the founder levels on your account. It must be either Veteran, Elite, or Legendary.
