Looks like the CBill price might be a slight bit higher than Sarna like that of the IS mechs in MWO.

What do you typically run? I haven't found a build I quite like yet for this mech.

BTW, if you are running a Kit Fox and you don't have 3x AMS that is a hanging offense.

That build uses the C right arm, S left arm, S legs. Might be able to switch the S legs for the S torsos instead for less turning rate nerf.

they are currently just not that good to bother spending MC on them wait until Cbills if u really want to play one.
dont get me wrong they can be useful and fun but they are gimped at any possible role they might fill when compared to other choices.

I don't run the 3x ams on the Kit Fox, the ECM negates missle locks and the Clan Probe gives the ECM a 25% range boost which can make the ams less effective out to the ams max range not counting the sensor range modual or TCs. I did run the 3x ams for a few games but hardly used any ammo on lrms- in fact the 3x ams shot down more srms than lrms.

depends on you role. if you are running as a scout and sniper then you probably dont need the ams. if you are running as a support mech for the pack, ams is good to have.

Hero mechs have 30% CBill bonus, Kit Fox has no bonus at all. And they're still saying it's a sale...

what im trying to say is if you have a teamate outside the range of the ecm then he is also going to be outside the range of the ams. although you can wait for one of your teamates that is not in ecm cover to get locked onto and chase the missles. I might be the first to say it but ecm and ams don't stack well together. that 1.5 to 2 or more tons for the 3x ams and ammo can be used on a targeting computer that will further increase the range of the ecm. I run games with just the ecm and have no problems covering my team from missle locks.

No we need people to play them and then we might end the CLAN MECHS are VERY VERY OP type threads.
