There's improvements to be made, but you're on the right track.
Give me a minute and I'll take a looksie

Try - NVA-PRIME

You'll run a little hotter (meaning you need to keep an eye on the heat more, but with Flamers you should be anyway), and it gives you more kick and more range, as well as additional, cold crit-seeking weapons in the MGs.

The spreading of equipment means if you lose an arm, you're still functional.

An alternate build would be:
NVA-PRIME which should run a lot cooler overall, and still be pretty nasty.
