I like the matchmaker changes, but a suggestion (user feedback welcome):

Instead of blue/cyan for other team members vs your lance, but how about a new color (yellow?) for everyone that drops with you in a premade, be it 2, 4, 7, or whatever number of people you have. With more than 4 it is very difficult to find your other drop mates amongst all the blue triangles. I know, the "Q" key. Well, at the start they all overlay each other and you can't read anybody's name anyway.

In more shortened terms, your drop mates triangle ID markers are something other than blue/cyan.
