When creating a character using the 0,1,2,3 and 4 method, what is the difference between a 0 cost human and a 1 cost human?

There is none. That extra value is included to give wiggle room to other areas (Like if you were role playing a character without a 'mech, or particularly low stats)

This game has led me into my first foray with Mech Warrior.
We are playing as House Davion in 2025. It sure is lots different!
I'd like to make a House Kurita ex-patriot with a focus on stealth skills and hacking skills, but from what I hear Mechwarrior is pretty linear. It seems if you don't make your pilot with max intuition and reflexes he's going to be way behind everyone else. Then again, those seem ninja-y anyways.
