Add mechs and weapons discussion branch somewhere so we will have sticky place to disuss current mech and weapon balance instead create a lot of themes all around. Thx.

(training ground is bad place to discuss balance, becouse balance talks will have much more "suggestions" then disussion about "what shell i use on me mech?")

P.S. ops, sorry did smth wrond so "suggestion" tag didnt headlight before topick name.
