What would YOU like to see in this game and I don't want "Because it is my favourite mech"
Give reasons. For example I want the Piranha http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Piranha

Why?
It is a clan non-omnimech and it would be the first in game, IMO it looks freakin' sweet look at them teeth they are part of the cockpit, so it would be an interesting mech to play. It has 12 machine guns. TWELVE. More Dakka. It would be the fastest clan mech out (151km/h) making it more competitive against the IS lights It would be the perfect mech to introduce microlasers with as one of the loadouts relies heavily on them. (New weapons YAY!) Also it is a kind of homage to the devs the "piranha".

So yeah tell us what you want. :D

I would like to see the Hammerhand.

A design very close from the Warhammer while not being an Unseen.

Bombardier.

Because it's my favorite mech.

Also because it's a fast heavy with a lot of missiles, with one variant having an XL325 and AMS as stock. The IS doesn't have any fast heavies with lots of missiles and double AMS yet.

Alas it lacks a 3rd timeline variant of it's own, but it is in the perfect position to vacuum up all the Archer configs that we otherwise wouldn't see. It could even get the Jagermech treatment and have a hero mech with the hardpoints to build both the Archer 2R and the 2W that Jaime Wolf favored.

The 65 ton Bombardier does have 2 ton less weight to utilize than the 70 ton Archer, all other things equal, but the bombardier has this lovely downside of having horrifically small ammo bins, so chopping 2 tons of ammo off the Archer variants would keep the builds legit and bombardier flavored.

So you want a Locust for the Clans...

No, that would be a Locust IIC.

I was referring to the tonnage of the mech and its deriving armor values.

12 Machine Guns

12

All of my want.

I'd go for the Bane. Let's just go completely ridiculous.

Bane 1:
RA 5b, LA5b, RT 4b; 10 cUAC/2, 4 cMG
You can derive the Bane 2 by swapping out the 10 cUAC/2 for four cUAC/10 (thus getting a sort of Annihilator IIc to boot,) with dakka for days. It's also conceivable to get 3 cUAC/20 into this thing since it only runs the 300 XLE and no endo or ferro.

Bane 3:
RA 4m, LA 4m, RT 1m; 8 cLRM-15, 1 cSSRM-4 (actually a one-shot launcher)
That's right. LRM-120. Ghost Heat can't possibly be friendly to this, but LRM-120.

I'd say Stone Rhino, but that can't do anything a Gauss/PPC Direwolf can't, other than jump and have the galaxy's largest SMALL PULSE LASER stuck to its back. (No, that's not two Gauss, one barrel; that is in fact its SMALL PULSE LASER.)

I'd go with the Thug- and not just because I like it!

The Thug was originally designed to take the place of the Warhammer on the battlefield, with twin PPCs and twin SRM-6 launchers.

It maintains the 60 KPH top speed of the Warhammer while being heavier and more durable, but still carrying comparable firepower. This would allow another Assault 'mech to compete with the speed currently available only to the Victor within that weight class.

While the three variants available within the chronology include two that are borderline identical, there are technically three variants already available.

It has a shape unlike other existing 'mechs, giving it a distinct visual profile.

My second choice would be the Cyclops.

Again, the Cyclops has a distinct visual profile, particularly with the 'hood' on its head.

It provides a second 'mech that would be reasonably expected to come with that Command Console that's only been appearing with the Atlas so far.

It has more than three variants, a trait not currently all that common among 'mechs.

Several variants are electronics-focused, which would allow further variety in ECM-carrying 'mechs.

Most of the variants of the Cyclops are significantly different from one another in loadout, meaning a 'mech whose variants would not tend to all be carrying the same weapons loads as one another.

Third choice: the Viper (AKA Dragonfly)

This would provide the Clans with an actual fast 'mech, and an omnimech whose variants are all quite distinct.

Plus, it's an early 'mech found essentially only within the Ghost Bears who otherwise don't really have a distinguishing early Omni besides the Mad Dog- who tends to compete very poorly with the Timber Wolf (for likely obvious reasons).

It's also one of the rare early Clan omnimechs that always mounts jump jets and thus would not have to have a jump-jet variant that should not be available at the time (such as the Timber Wolf S) added to the game.

Fourth choice would have to be the Panther.

It's a slow Inner Sphere light 'mech, and might encourage more pilots to try things with Inner Sphere lights that don't involve going as fast as mechanically possible. Some pilots have proved, with such things as PPC-toting Jenners or the dual-ERLL Raven, that light 'mechs can actually be considerable battlefield factors in this game without going a bajillion kilometers per hour, but for the most part light 'mechs that don't kick it at ridiculous speed are just not seen on the battlefield outside of the current Clan offerings.

The Panther offers a huge array of variants for use with the current XP system as well, making it an easy fit.

And, of course, the Panther again has a pretty distinctive visual profile.
