ok so just played a match - solo queue, terra therma.

I notice in the start screen we have 4 CSJ on enemy team in one lance, I figure it has matched us with 1 x 4 man group on the enemy team. No Biggie so far.

We get totally rolled by what looks like a full organised 12 man.

In the end screen they proceed to lecture us losers not to drop in 2 mans if we want to have any chance in group queue.

'But this is solo queue' I say, and others also say they dropped solo on our team.

'No it's not this is group queue!' they say 'we are Clan Bla Bla Bla'

So solo queue isnt solo? Here was an example of a full 12 man dropping against solo players in the new match maker. I thought this couldnt happen anymore?

Submit a ticket. That absolutely shouldn't happen.

I'm typing from the top of my head, as I can't remember the exact wording of the MM post from the devs, but isn't there a small chance of being used to pad out open spots in the group queue? I'm probably wrong, but I'm lacking motivation to read it again.

Edit: reread, shouldn't happen. Ye olde support ticket.

as long as you are not grouped you are never to end up in the group que... this is why you can not have a group of 11 people.

So either you (the OP) misunderstood the situation or there was a problem with flagging groups.

So as others said. Submit a ticket to support and describe what happen in detail with time and date so they can check the logs.

I think you may be right, the wording does seem to allow for a relaxing of the rules under certain circumstances. i.e. low population. This was around lunchtime euro zone time so possibly a pop issue.
