It's been asked for beofre, so i am just doing it again. Reply here if you want PGI to hire smurfy to actually deisgn the MWO GUI for the mechlab. (it's already done, PGI just needs to do it)

iirc there was some sort import/export function being made that would allow for the exchange of builds between MWO and other third party programs.

This has been quiet a while ago though, so i wouldn't start holding your breath.
