So by what i have readed so far in forums there is no Federated Commonwealth or am I woung?
If there is no FedCom then there is no Clan invasion(FedCom was the selling point for Operation Revival)!! That also means No AFFS units will face the Clans and Lyran Commonwealth,Free Rasalhague Republic( FRR mostly will still be over ran by the Clans) and Draconis Combine are in for a hard fight.

The Lyrans and the Feds are currently unified, but at this point in the timeline their militaries have yet to be fully integrated, and the FedCom, despite being legally a single entity, never really fully unified before breaking up in the 3060s.
