A though on a suggestion, one that I assume would be easy to implement but I'd need someone more tech savvy to confirm that part.

The suggestion is this; Allow lance leads or team commanders to assign a target and have an in-game key/bind to target the commanders/leaders target, much like the E key (default) targets the next enemy / enemy closest to the crosshair.
