Allow groups to reorder group members into lances, and then drop the descending full lances as the same lance in the match. Those group members not in a full lance can then be plugged in to fill gaps in other lances in the match.
This will allow groups to better organize their teams before the match begins, instead of having to move people around in game and have intended lances not dropped at the same point.
