Super impossible game 
I played it for a few hours over the last day or two and I can't beat the first mission..

Those older games tend to be, ever play the original Oddworld or Megaman games?

i have TONs of nes,snes,genesis,master system (whole US set), GB,GBC, and others and yes, today, they are hard as hell but back when I was a youngin...I bet I could have beaten this in my sleep.
