I just bought Phranken Camo yesterday for my Atlas and switch to a "SLDF Patterned" camo for shits and giggles with my brother, When I wanted to revert to my old Phranken camo It isn't unlocked, it says that I have to buy it again.

Wtf? Any idea @PGI?

Did you used the first camo pattern as "ONE SHOT"? Normally this occurs by using "ONE SHOT" camo pattern......

Sounds like you purchased the "one shot" instead of the "unlockable" paint (which is only 'yours' 'til you change it again).

As the other two have mentioned, it does indeed sound like you purchased the single use camo instead of the unlock (which is ten times as expensive as the one-shot) so once you changed camo patterns, that one was lost.

Although since the permanent unlock for patterns costs ten times as much, you can switch with one-time-use patterns up to nine times(within a single chassis type) and it's still cheaper.

The cheaper ones last only until you change the pattern.

Doesn't make much sense with the pricing then, don't you think?

I've just been caught out by this BS.

The polite thing to do PGI, is to warn if you're about to unequip and therefore permanently lose the camo.
