already e-mailed support but what is the normal outcome of issues like this?

tried to purchase mech (golden boy), get purchase failed. Try again, get purchase failed.

come back later and....what do you know...I have 2 now.

They should be able to do something from their end. If they could add my missed premium time back they could probably reverse your purchase too.
