Yesterday in a match in Frozen City in my Nova that had no skills advanced.

I saw a red blip in the tunnel and start that way. I get to the corner and there is a dead mech so, in a moment of a bad decision I rush around the corner to hit whatever was there.

I get around the corner and I am face to face with a Daishi and two other mechs under ECM. I fire off and alpha and start backing off and boom. There goes the entire right side of my mech. My arm, torso and leg. I try to jump JJ so I can get turned around to jump off the edge but then boom there goes my ct and other leg. Lmao. I have done this same thing in my Daishi before but never been on the recieving end. Boy does it suck. Made me jump right back into my Daishi and return the favor to someone else.

I got shot out of the sky sporting a Kit Fox and at range last weekend. I think I had 0 damage score as well but I did provide a little AMS and ECM help - well, for the short time I lasted anyway. . . Magnificent shooting! who ever it was I salute you.

had one today in frozen in my KTO 19. on the jenner highway side of epsilon, i see an atlas and 3 other mechs firing into a few enemy mechs and walking slowly towards them. seeing them move forward i decide to rush in and distract the enemy in my faster medium to give my side some back armor shots if/when the enemy reacts to me. i go in, get the enemy's attention, notice i seem to be getting hit quite a lot, lrms from afar heading my way so figure this is a good time to get back to the group and get them to follow...except there was no group, no friendlys at all. just me getting shot by 4 enemy plus a lrm boat off somewhere else. brave sir robin would have been impressed at the speed in which i bravely ran away at that point.

apparently their forward movement was actually a 45 degree change of direction so they could stomp on over to epsi where people were chasing a hunchy and firestarter. i manage to escape with no arms and missing a side torso at about 27% health with only 2 streak launchers left. of course the enemy promptly follows and shoots OUR guys in the back because our side figured "if i can;t see you then you can;t see me" i guess. they sort of took pity on me i guess and let me ping away with my streaks for a couple minutes until the enemy daishi shot through one of our mechs to cut the piece of duct tape jolding my mech together and got a 2 for 1 kill. needless to say we lost 12-3 or so.

My worst was on River City night when I zipped up the left ramp on the Citadel in my Raven straight into a 3xGaus alpha from an Illya....

that should pretty much be my sig. i'll see a situation where i think "hmm if i go there we can get a quick kill and get an advantage" then i get there and the people fighting see my arrival as their chance to retreat and i get slaughtered
