Black Screen On Exit

After twice assuring the game I want to exit it goes to black screen. Any suggestions? Did the TOOL REPAIR twice no luck.

Either a RAM or Video card(or driver) issue would cause your black-screen. Most likely your video card/driver. Have you updated your video card drivers?
