Have you filed a support ticket yet? Try recreating the bug to determine it's not a one-time issue yet? Devs will ask a lot more than that when it comes to filing a ticket dude...

I thought it was the fault of Blackscreen but now sorry I was wrong. I still having that wonderful problem have to do a total computer restart to get rid of it. Don't that beat all.
