I think there needs to be a QA runthrough of all the map and projectile hitboxes. I can understand a minor degree of invisible wall, but in the case of some maps (*cough* HPG *cough*) it's to a rediculous degree. In regards to projectile hitboxes, some of them are entirely too big, and it's to the point where they tend to collide with terrain/invisible walls a bit too easily.
My suggestion is to just downsize the projectile hitboxes (and models) by about 30% or so, add a tracer effect, and to run through all the maps and pull the hitboxes back just enough that they are barely under the surface of each object.
From that, it should solve alot of headaches for many pilots who think they have a clear shot, and end up obliterating nothing but a invisible hitbox.
