Description: While updating to the new patch, my system was disconnected, and my base program was corrupted. I have reinstalled the client, and updated to the new patch as of 19 July 2014. In six attempts, I have not been able to change any defaults in the settings/keyboard screen.
If i repeatedly click on a feild to assign, the client will ask me if I wish to replace the assignment with mouse button 1, but I cannot ge the client to acknowledge any other key or button.
This is a Dynex 5-button mouse, which had no issues on the client before I reinstalled/updated.
Location: Settings/Keyboard
Reproduction Rate: Consistant.
Steps to Reproduce: Attempt to change settings.

Check if your user.cfg file in x:\Piranha Games\MechWarrior Online/ (or wherever you installed the game to) is write-protected.

Did you run the repair tool ?
You can find it if you click on the small cog-button in the top right of the launcher/patcher.
If a standard run of it does not fix it, try it with the option (top right of the tool) "Clean Profile".
That will generate a completely new user.cfg. All your setting will be reset to default, your account-data is save ('mechs, MC, CBIlls, etc), though.

If all that fails, contact support.

Thank you, Iron; the "Clean Profile" option worked for me.
