You got trolled because some people hate having to answer the same question over and over. Not a problem to me but try looking around the forums a little before you ask a question that literally has a dozen threads.

To answer your question, the Devs have said that they really don't know how long but it will most likely last at least 4 weeks and will not be for sale any longer than Aug 7th. My advice, if you're going to buy it, buy it as soon as possible because you will not be able to get it anywhere close to the game being released. They will probably have different packages by then however.

In Russ's Q&A on the day of release he was asked this question, and to paraphrase he said he doesn't know for certain, but he will risk saying they will be available until at least July 15th.

Now, maybe a new hard deadline has been announced since then, I haven't checked. But this information is in Russ's Q&A

Well, if you had read the questions correctly. then you'd have noticed that the option for upgrades will probably be avaiable until 7th August, not the option to buy the packs.

This option will be avaiable at least for 4 weeks. Possibly until 7th August, but kind of unlikely.

I got these answers from Russ Bullock from the thread that donkeybas linked to.

I read them correctly. I interpret that to mean that everything will likely be available until Aug 7th. Unless sales completely stop they are going to milk it as long as they can.

If I'm wrong feel free to dig up this thread in a month and berate me.
