How about an AMS toggle on/off?

Also would like the arm lock as a toggle too!

This has been requested before, but gone unanswered/unchanged for a while.

Absolutely! In fact it was very confusing that this wasn't how it worked to begin with.

Toting AMS makes it very hard to hide when missiles are being launched. I would love to have the ability to disable it when not wanting to reveal my position.

I will add a very big YES vote on this. If not a toggle then as said above definately rework the AMS system to only fire when a missile that actually has a lock comes over. I love my Stalker 3F with all my heart because if you actually use a bit of skill and forward thinking you can be the ultimate lrm death-dealer. Had many matches with over 1000 dmg because with advanced sensor range, all you have to do is fire the odd salvo over some cover (no lock) and the enemy AMS draws a neat line down to where they are hiding. Then it's a matter of looking behind the rock/building etc or sending a scout to go get the lock, send a present of some lurms, open some ct's, job done.

Would be great to be able to save your AMS ammo when you know that your team is under cover and all those LRMs are just hitting rocks or buildings.
