Note that the primes we got in the clanpacks have an (I) "invasion" or (G) "gold" status. Primes should become available for Cbills as they're the default/original loadout for an omni, but I doubt they will come with the cbill income booster that the clan pack (I) and (G) versions have.

Yup.
As with the Founders and the Phoenix packs, all of the 30%-boosted versions of Clan Mech pack Mechs are going to be made available as regular mechs with no C-bill boosts. One incentive for buying them in "pack-form" is to get that boost - it gives you a chance to run normal (non-hero) Mechs with a C-bill boost. You do have to pay Hero-kinds of prices for them... but yes, all of the Prime Mechs will be released for C-Bills without a C-Bill boost.

Regular prime? Yes.
The sleeker Invasion version? No. (Much like Phoenix versions of Battlemaster, Thunderbolt, Locust and Shadowhawk and Founder versions of Jenner, Atlas, Hunchback and Catapult aren't available anymore either).

It is like phoenix release, first they are released for MC, then one month later, C-Bills. The only difference is clan mechs are being released 2 every month instead of 1.

Has anyone done the math to see if this is a better deal than the Nova pack, or the Nova A La Carte?

Well.. Lets see.
Under the assumption that you buy MC for 29.95... (Note you get more MC for your buck if you buy 50 or higher).
Price of the Nova Prime is 3990 . Note the sale is over so no point taking 15% off.
Package bought is 6500 : $29.95 = Nova Prime's cost is 3990 : $18.38
The other two are maybe a buck less.
A La Carte (by itself; has all 3 variants) is $55 US. Comes with 3 mechbays. Prime variant gives 30% cbill bonus.
Package: $60 US (has 3 Novas and 3 Kitfoxes). Comes with 6 mechbays. Prime variants give 30% cbill bonuses.
Best deal is still the package if you wanted to collect the Novas. But you can sample one now with a little bit of MC and still have some left.
