no actually the game might do it if you alt tab as well sometimes!
there is a way to fix it but i can't remember it doesn't work 100% of the time either -
what you should do in those situation is roleplay that your gyros got hit and suck it up just fight with your mech spinning

Lol, batteries, thats why I loathe using cordless....batteries die and the signal is shotty half the time....I had a wireless mouse.....didnt care much for it at all...
Never had signal issues with wireless mouse before, but I have had the batteries die mid game before. I tend to play with my keyboard in my lap, so swapping to wireless for that was nice after my old keyboard started getting wonky due to connection issues from being moved around a bunch.

It happens with a wireless system sometimes.
I play the computer on my family room television (I have the lappy at the TV and a wireless keyboard and mouse at the coffee table near the couch).
I used to plug the USB antenna directly into the laptop, but it was too low (below the level of the coffee table). The keys would stick all the time until I used the small antenna extension cord to elevate the antenna above the level of the coffee table. Problem solved (for the most part, it still happens occasionally but rarely).

In the heat of combat, sometimes my left hand shift slight to the right and my fingers are resting on ESDF keys; and I am like WTF is going on, man, NNNOOOOOOO!

I get it sometimes on my Razor Nostromo too. Usually if I let off, and press it again ("it" being the direction key that I am stuck on) it'll go away. I only use wired so no battery concerns here.

It's called the "Steering wheel underhive" for a reason.

Yep, keys sometimes start repeating and the remedy is just to press the same direction one more time.
Happens in a lot of games, so I'm inclined to think it's the accessibility options in Windows itself ("sticky keys") that does it.
