All for my Commando too, would love an Olive Drab paint scheme to really get that Vietnam feel.

Yeah uploadable pictures would be good, so I can put up some dirty nudes and a rearview camera makes good sense I think so at the very least maybe you won't walk backwards off of something or into something you didn't want to. I'd hope the camera would be optional though because it'll use up more processing power and it might also get distracting. Maybe use a key/button to turn it on & off.

Personally I like the ideas of a music playing device, which could be used with your own music.
A sidearm hanging on one of the walls or placed in a holder near the consoler would look pretty neat.
Since in the trailer there was the mention of a drone used for checking the area, how about a separate display for it to the side?
That way you could still keep an eye on the battlefield, more or less at least.

The option to customize the hud setting, or coloring sounds pretty interesting.

It would be cool to have a radio that could also tie into listening to music in-game? (maybe different styles like an 8 track!)

Customized Graffiti or Text. Maybe a photograph with [insert wife/girlfriend/both] on the dash.

The thing I want isn't generic fluff. I want customize-able items of some sort. I want my cockpit to feel like it's mine and not item collector supreme master cockpit.

#2 - empty / occupied drink holder (beer or soda)
#3 - ashtray (filled with empty cigarette butts)
