Well, During holiday seasons, you should put the option for holiday themed things in the cockpit, eg. tinsel & lights for christmas, turkeys and fall color for thanksgiving
Also you should have the options for motivational posters and things

That idea has been put forward a few times before. The general consensus was that voice packs would be something that people would be willing to pay for.

Personally, I could skip the squawking, no offense. I'd like to see: Redneck(American and Canadian flavors), Glaswegian(No offense to any Glaswegians.), Drunk, Pirate, Glados-esque monotone, Berserker, Hippy, Stoner, Nervous, Marine, and Grizzled Lawman.
