I want to maximize framerate and visibility.

What should I tweak first?

I'm pretty sure they locked everything exept field of view, filmgrain , cockpit glass and depth of field , so something like this:
cl_fov=84
gp_option_ShowCockpitGlass=0
r_DepthOfField=0
r_HDRGrainAmount=0.0
Do tell if more work .
Other than that put everything in settings on low exept object detail, and terrain on highest , textures on some higher level so you can see damaged paint so you can shoot even with out target info.
