Lost Millions In Mods!?!

I have two mechs that have critical mod issues now.. But when I try to fix it I notice their implants are missing (All are empty) meanwhile I also do not have them in my inventory!!

I have lost millions in mods now !!!!!

No you have not. Save those mechs and they'll appear in your inventory as normal.

There are at least 3 threads on the first page on this subject.

Still though, this is appaling implementation by PGI. Stripped modules should just go back into inventory - simple and unconfusing. What about those players who don't visit the forums?

Seriously, don't PGI test for this sort of crap before implementing a patch? Certainly they should know the confusion this would (and now has) cause.

In PGI's defense there's a link to the patch notes in the patcher itself.

Holy **** I'm defending PGI.
