I hate comparing this game to other games, especially to its competition, but have you guys played World of Tanks?

The way paint schemes work in WoT is that you can technically have 3 per tank. You can pick a scheme for a winter map, a scheme for an autumn map, and another for some other kind of map (I think it's desert, I haven't played that game in a while). Depending on what map you're on, if you bought a desert paint job, it would only show up on your tank if you're on a desert map.

I think this system could be really beneficial for MWO, considering the various environments we're playing in. The maps could be divided into categories (like urban, snow, woodland, etc.) and you could buy another paint scheme for a mech for a specific environment.

To be honest, I just hate seeing my mech wearing a woodland scheme on Alpine, or a snow pattern on Tourmaline. I would actually pay money for me to have effective camouflage depending on the map. What do you guys think?

Yep or have a choice of which mech to take to which map before hand somehow.
