This is a one stop shop for constructive feedback on the quirk system and its effects.
It is intended to capture and collect all quirk feedback as a one stop shop to make sure that all feedback is indeed heard by PGI.

Myself, I am going to give my feedback on the Hunchback quirk: "+10 internal structure (RT)."
In general this makes sense. Bigger RT, more structure there. Right? So long as the mech can have a hunch, this makes great sense.
That is until we come up to the Hunchback 4SP. I look at this mech and I see a symmetrical battlemech. But for no apparent reason the 4SP's right torso has more internal structure?
Complaining or giving feedback without a potential solution is rather unbecoming of a critic so here is a simple way to have customized this perk for the 4SP. +5 structure (RT). +5 structure (LT). Technically both sides get significantly smaller 'humps' instead of one side getting a huge hunch.

When I read the patch notes, after getting back into my chair after reading the Awesome changes, this is the first thing I thought about. "What about the 4SP?"
Simple enough change, though, and one I'm right behind.
Other feedback:
The Awesome changes are Awesome. I'm concerned they'll lose some awesomeness if PPC's are nerfed again, but that still leaves perfectly viable laser builds as with -12.5% heat and increased cooling, you could run multi-ERLL builds easily and really chop stuff up. This is, in all seriousness - and I'm not even an Awesome pilot - a really, really awesome change.
The Dragon: For the first time since ever I've regretted selling my DRG-5N. I'd love to try it with my 3xAC2 build now! Reduced heat and cooldown? Yes please! I know it'll still be a Dragon, as it's changes are much less... Awesome. But still, they're significant. That's quite a DPS boost via heat reduction and cooldown reduction; even if it's effectively just un-nerfing the AC2.

Elited Dragon + faster firing rate = triple AC/2 triggering ghost heat just by steadily firing. With 2 AC/2s you'll be able to go longer before you start getting hit by ghost heat. This only affects the 5N obviously (and any Dragon that can mount 2 AC/2s).

I'd like to see Highlander with a Highlander Burial Quirk that transfer all fall damage to the cockpit of the mech below it when it lands

Hmmm? It's .72s right now, .68s with Fast Fire, so... .65s with Dragon's 5% cycle rate increase, right?
Thus, three can fire indefinitely without triggering ghost heat.
Unless I've done my math really wrong somewhere?

In theory it should be fine. But for some reason an AC/2 will occasionally fire slower than the others, screwing it up, tacking in an extra shot within 0.5 seconds and then it just gets bad from there.
Actually not sure if one goes slower or faster. But it does happen for some reason.
Once they're desynced it just gets progressively worse.

I'm going to have to test that. I'm sorely tempted to re-buy a 5N, just because I really love Dragons anyways.

Awesome got the much needed love they deserved and they are performing wonderfully.
Remember every mech is deadly in the hands of the right pilot.
