When I click on the launcher patch, the whole launcher crash with no message, no warning whatsoever. Help?

In the launcher, click on the little cog icon in the top-right corner.
Run the repair tool, that should patch your game, "without" the launcher.
There have been reports of the repair tool not working properly all the time so if it doesn't work on the first try give a couple more tries ...
