If you buy one configuration then don't you get access to the others through the omipods? (If you don't for some reason then I would say the S configuration)

They are all exactly the same because all of the hardpoints can be switched out via omnipod. Usually you want nova S or B sides since they have 2 ballistic points each,and the prime arms for the most energy.

Nova S is the only unique CT, which can house an AMS. With the A side torso, you can then get a dual AMS Nova.
