Heya! Are you guys still recruiting? I've been searching around for a casual unit, but most units out there seem pretty HC. Came across your unit and am liking the unit culture. The fact that you use Discord like I do was a great plus point too.
I'm still a bit of a noob, so I'm not sure if you're fine with that.

P.S. Currently on a faction cool-down cause I accepted a random invite without knowing about how CW works =/. That C-bill cost tho....

I don't have the authority to add to you the Grog Corps in game, but I can probably swing getting you in on the group tonight if you are interested. Lately there has been at least 4-6 people on at any given time, so if you add me in game and I see you online I'll get you in the party at the very least!

I seem to remember Table and I tossing around the idea of writing a shanty one evening..

Aside from that and wanting to just 'pick' a song since our inception, we've also discussed writing other types of songs as well; jingles, full-length.
We already have quite a few concepts.

I'll just say..

We've talked about it a lot, but not done much.

I think our biggest hangup is not having any software to do such.

And here we are, yet again, the Grog keeps pouring and pouring. The time for our 4th Annual Grog Corps Tournament is upon us, tomorrow! Yes, that is correct! April 16th starting at 5 PM EST it shall commence! Here is the poster which I never get done in a timely manner, much like my story of our Tukayyid I will never end up finishing! As it turns out, being blacked out for most of the initiative doesnt help a narrative for a compelling story! Anywho, here's the Tourney Pic!


Of course there is still time to sign up for it! Hope to see you there Groggers, and cheers, its my super ultra birthday party, so I shall be 3 sheets to the wind like usual!

Firstly, why have you not checked out the Discord server yet? It's fantastic.

I'm pleased to announce that after an extremely heated five matches in the finals..

Congratulations Xir, you are one hell of a mech pilot.

Next up, the unit is about to wrap up its trial league, and sign-up for Grogs' first official league season is now open on the spreadsheet. If you're a member of the Grog Corps, please come give it a look and sign up if you're interested.

Ahoy there Daries!

We'd be happy to have you join up if we end up being what you're looking for.

Our most active times are evenings eastern time, between 6PM and 11PM, but you can usually find at least one person online within a few hour buffer of that window.

Weekends are a crap-shoot, ranging from early afternoon to all hours of the night, but generally quite a few people playing.

The majority of our members are spread about evenly between Pacific and Eastern time, as well as a half dozen or so Grogger's over the pond around the GMT zone, so they tend to be on during the morning/day EST, running over into our play hours.

Although our units play hours are rather uncoordinated, we keep tabs with each other 24/7 on our Discord server. I'll send you the link and you can hang out as a Visitor to see how like it, whether you decide to join up for not .

Discord is a voice/text comms application that's totally free and awesome. No download needed unless you want the client, when you click the link, it opens in-browser!
