I was wondering if anyone can identify this game. Years ago I saw an old arcade game that featured jeeps shooting up tanks and helicopters around some buildings. The graphics consisted of simple green lines to create this game. I don't know the name of this game and I am hoping someone tell me the name of this game.

Ah ok, if he literally meant "only simple green lines" I'd go with Battlezone too.

It has graphics like Battlezone, however it is a top down view, including buildings as obstacles.
