I knew a guy that wrote a whole bunch of songs for MW But sadly I only have three left which I will be listening to Minnisota tribe. House Kurita
but much was lost :P it opened with two gauss riffles going off. The third I thing was Steiner but not sure. the first is the best it rocks. He now writes music for movies but I don't remember his name but he had some great music.

Also Marilyn Manson - The Fight Song
Rob Zombie - Meet the Creeper....Well I am sure you get the idea.
Also I recommend Spotify For music, assuming you can use it.

All the music from Richard "DARCSPARCS" Nelson (google him, he made some awesome Battletech music)
MechWarrior 2 original game disc music.
And RDS - MechWarrior (russian clanner anthem)

I too have this music, im only missing track number 6, i got it off a website long ago that was dedicated to Battletech, this track wouldnt dload for some reason and i never could find it anywhere else.

Anything by two steps from hell works perfectly (I have a large collection on my HD). My tunes of choice at the moment though are the Tron Legacy soundtrack by daft punk

For jenner\anything speedy - fast paced techno\trance.
For assaults - something heavy metal.

But for close quarters you really don't want to not have music, as you can often hear the mechs before you see them ^^
