either through quirks or a slight hard-point inflation (would require modeling, so no).

because right now, unless you are using the DDC ECM crutch, they are just flat-out inferior to the dire puppy.

methinks the D, K, and RS need an armor quirk or something.

Nope, it needs to get clubbed by Clans like all IS mechs.
Two or more of them in a team are a 100% loss currently.

Atlas is fine, and I have seen good Atlas Pilots stomp Direwhales on the regular. The only time I have seen it go bad for Atlases is when they charge straight in guns blazing with no torso twist and/or XL equipped. The real key is sneaking in and hitting them in a vulnerable location. If the Atlas does this he will **** that DW.

Been running 360 engines in mine, its survivability and ability to be in the right place at the right time has helped it alot

I want a damage resistance quirk for at the very least the Right Torso, if not both Side Torsos.

A little hardpoint inflation would go a long way too.

Even the D-DC took a hard nerf with the module change. It went from 4 slots to 2 for some reason, instead of losing 1 like most 'mechs.

The Atlas does need some love. Some of the variants suffer from not having enough hard points. Some suffer from not having enough modules. Oh well, PGI will probably do something in 2 years or so. That is what it took for the Awesome.

I'd love some quirks for the Atlas.

For that matter, I'd love to see quirks for a great many mechs, especially IS variants that have been collecting a lot of dust.

50 TONS OF WEAPONS WILL MAKE ANYTHING WITH LESS FEEL WEAK!!!

I don't need any perks, I need to fight better in my Atlas. Thank you, but NO thanks!

I don't seem to have much of a problem with mine (other than the fact I couldn't use mine for the Steiner challenge) and I own all of them. But if they want they can give the Atlas an ultra laser deathspin ability, or not I don't really care.

More hardpoints would do wonders for the Atlas.
