The first and most pressing issue that needs to be resolved with the UI is the inability to filter out trail mechs from the mech bay. There are six filters: All,Light, Med., Heavy, Assualt, and Trial. However, no matter which one you select the trial mechs are always shown which means you have to sort through them to find the owned mech you're looking for. In UI 1 there was a convient button used to switch between owned mechs and trial mechs, please bring this feature back.
The second neccesary UI improvment is to list the actual range of a weapon instead of just having to read the damage drop off graph and guestimate what the long range is beacause the graph only has actual numbers listed at 375, 750 etc. which can be rather difficult to read. It would be nice to know for sure what the numerical value of the long range, and max range of a weapon before you actually drop into a match with it.
The third neccesary UI improvment is to provide a convient way to compare the mech details of unowned mechs. Currently, one has to select Puchasable mechs, which takes a good 10 seconds to load, and then find the mech variant you 're looking for and click on mech details. If you wish to look at the mech details of a different variant of that mech you have to either hit Back, or Mechbay, both of which takes you back to owned mechs where you have to again hit Purchasable and wait another 10 seconds for it to load, scroll down to the mech you're interested in and hit mech details again...the whole process is very cumbersome and it would be alot easier if you could just hit back and go to the exact same spot you were at in the purchasable mechs list before you hit the Mech Details button.
The forth neccesary UI improvment involves the skills tree for mechs. Presently, there is no way to see how far you have advanced a mech variant that you do not own anymore. For instance, if you have previously owned mechs with many variants like an Awesome, it would be useful to know how far you progressed in the mech tree for each variant before you sold them when planning which variants to buy next to achieve mastery with a particualr variant. Adding the ability to see the mech skill tree of unowned mechs would be very useful.
Well, thats all I have for now. I hope that these suggestion are useful and, as always, thank you for your consideration
