Every time when that message shows up game stucks and i have to alt tab out and restart game again...and again ...it just happened twice in the row,when that hero spider mech showed up .

best thing is to restart the client... it caught me once... force quit it from task manager or... my favorite, Alt-F4

They have yet to fix this... I've reported it last patch (because I was on when it happened last week or the week before that).
