Gosh, some people at PGI management are driving the UI design a lot in order to boost sales of in-game items. Traces of their inferences are littered everywhere and completely destroying the hard work of their designers.

The game is built to make you spend money. Is that a surprise? It's a free-to-play game. Something's gotta pay for those servers, and it's not going to be happy thoughts. Luckily, purchasing anything in this game is completely optional.
