I think its been like a year since I played a game had totally given up but a friend asked me about MWO today so I was thinking about it so I have a few questions and might give it another shot.


Did the ever add CW(I think this was already half a year late when I stopped playing)?

Did they ever fix hit detection/damage(as in when you shoot things and you see hits on your screen it actually damages the target)?

Did they add lobbies?

Did the add in game VIOP(not requiring third party program)

This is just laughable lol. Its like Epic fail to the ultimate.

I cant believe they never released CW..... Its the only thing that kept me around as long as I did and now is been years LMAO and its still not here.

You haven't missed much. Aside from the Clan invasion.

They sort of added lobbies. You can do private matches now if you have Premium Time and you can modify the parameters of the match in a lot of ways but you don't earn rewards in these matches.

fixed that for you, If i have to pay to use private lobbies i should be able to edit just about everything.

Nah people do check back from time to time to see how the game's going.

But discouraging them to do so and telling people to basically keep away still works pretty good too. Seeing as there's nothing much to show.

Might as well ask before my next year off.

Whats the official standpoint on CW now? like do the ever plan on doing it still or have they finally admitted it was all a sham and cancelled it officially?

First phase actually has a date but I couldn't tell you straight off the top of my head.

Hit detection is actually pretty good, at least for me with 140ms ping if I see my shot hit the target it mostly takes damage in the correct location - no more leading with lasers or having to completely guess how far off your ACs are hitting.

You can also have Free private matches where you can't change the match parameters but fight alongside and against only the people you choose.
