This will be a 32 man House Steiner faction that is open to the public. This will be on a first come first serve bases. (I expect a waiting list to develop at some point.)
Current Positions available:
First Leutnant (Alpha Lance): Main role will be Managing, recruiting and inviting people into Alpha Lance.
First Leutnant (Beta Lance): Main role will be Managing, recruiting and inviting people into Beta Lance
First Leutnant (Gulf Lance): Main role will be Managing, recruiting and inviting people into Gulf Lance
First Leutnant (Serra Lance): Main role will be Managing, recruiting and inviting people into Serra Lance
4 Alpha Lance Leutnant

4 Gulf Lance Leutnant
4 Serria Lance Leutnant
Chief Warrant Officer: Main duties include providing Technical support on a limited bases to the unit in the form of Advice, and Knowledge to help with any bugs, black screens or modifications. Chief Warrant Officer would also advise cadets, and mascot in the construction of mech's help them build competitive mech's for the public queue system.
Senior Sergeant Major: Duties include managing all Cadets, Mascot, and relaying request of cadets up the chain of command.

1 Mascot (Everyone needs a Mascot!)
Minimum weekly donation of 1,000,000 mech credits per week for all members. (This is so we can start to generate a pool of money for when Community Warfare is fully implemented.) Failure to donate will be handled on a 3 strike bases. Important!!! After the 3rd week of no donations players will be automatically kicked, and put on the bottom of the wait list. So don't miss weekly donations. Its not that hard to make 1,000,000 mech credits a week.
