A EULA isn't even close to as water proof as people assume it to be. If the company I worked for failed to deliver on a service, regardless of whatever some legal piece of paper says, if a court were to look at they'd ask, "Did they pay for this product/service? Yes. Did they recieve this product/service? No? Then I do believe you need to compensate."
A EULA basically only says "if you misuse this product we can take it from you." Which is similar to my company's "if you start causing problems I can have you escorted out of the store."
But in all, I'd like to say that PGIGP will probably be compensating users as a whole. Will update the thread once I get a response to the email.
