I have to ask as I have seen a few topics this weekend on these subjects.
But looking at both sides I see A LOT more founders or clan icons on one side than the other and tactics used could only come from someone on comms.

So sync dropping problem or did match maker take a day off looking at ELO scores?

Guess I should keep away from game when CHALLENGES are on. As this seems to bring out the worst in players.

Teams with a few founders tend to communicate better. Since Founders have been around for a very long time, they usually just play better.

I know for a fact there were sync drops, but they didn't end up on the same team all the time. Any number of times, someone would tell the team "kill XXXX first, he's in my unit."

As far as the whole Elo thing is concerned, it all falls under that "team average" and "carry harder" thing everyone's been talking about. If you get 2 or 3 guys with high Elos on the team, then it's going to pack the other slots with low Elos to balance them out....which means, if you happen to be one of "those" guys, you have to carry a bunch of "Elite Veterans." Happens when the solo queue gets flooded. Hell, happens when it doesn't...it's a function of the "new and improved" matchmaker.

And, no, it won't get fixed. It's working as intended. We're supposed to either join a group and escape the avalanche of Derp or simply deal with having to carry more and more people the better we get. It's sort of like "increasing difficulty as you get better."

Lots of admissions that teams or part of teams were on comms. Weirdly open about the whole thing. Was told a couple of factions were unofficially sponsoring drops during matches along with invites for others. Its what prompted me to finally post what support asked me to do a week or so ago. Hope PGI will clarify the rules on the matter because of it.
Game play was the worst I have seen since Solo was formed.

Now this thread will devolve quickly with accusations and mocking so I will leave it at that.
