So I get random serious desyncs about one in ten games causing my game to completely lag out. Most of the time I just reconnect and play on as normal.
This time however I exploded in a spectacular fashion, with every part of my mech simultaneously flying off. Funny, but still not happy about it. Fix the damned desyncs

I would totally buy a module that increases the chance of dramatic, splody, withering, fiery shrapnel, and flaming pilot ejection emo death.

Edit: Just sayin.

I hate it when your leading in the fight then next thing you know they are on you while your trying to figure out where the hell you are. "I know I wasn't going that way. WTF?"

Wasn't there a perk for that in fallout?

Also, thanks for reminding me of that kid. Always makes me smile.

+1 for fix the fracking desynchs.

That's actually ragdoll just recalculating your death from where you were, in a very lazy way. (It blows off all parts at once instead of remembering what was destroyed). It also has you just stand still.

Same sort of reason why you kill someone in other games, leave the map, come back, and either watch them die where they were, or find them in a different position.

On the rare occasions i get the desync, it seems to onoy hit me when I'm engaging something.
So i end up just railing on my target thinking HAH! he overheated! ... And then i realize that although I'm firing, I'm not actually doing any damage :/ At which point i try to leave ... But then the game catches up and i explode where i happen to be lol

So that people who live in different countries can get the reference:

Think of it this way. If it hadn't happened, you wouldn't have got that amazing, one in a million screenshot.

So this was what happens to me on a semi-frequent basis. If it does this for more than a second, it'll never re-sync without me manually quitting the match

Also, moon walking on the moon. lol

Proper desyncs that can only be stopped by quitting. I get plenty of regular "hiccup" desyncs too, but they'll last less than a second.

This just pisses me off.

I get one or two 20s "hiccups" per match, and one full disconnect every 3 matches, and maybe every 3rd time I use mechlab.
