Actually Russ said that it will be at the most until Aug 7. But depending on how many they sell, it might be a lot sooner.
On the other hand, they will allow a boost in the package until Aug 7 (like going from veteran to elite).

So if you want it, get it. At least the veteran pack and you can upgrade later at worst.

Truth. Best guess would be they only expect to support X number of people with initial hardware for "injection" period. So they have a limited number of Founder slots, but you can always change your package. What they number is? Well they aren't telling. He also said there was a number of factors that go into availability, so it must be more than just a hard count of founders slots.

what is the time limit for Elite? will it still be available in say a week/2 weeks time? Giving a more concise time frame would be beneficial, as it would allow people to organize thier Finances to purchase the more expensive Elite (plus some people get paid fortnightly/monthly)

As long as it is available for at least another week and a half (Until the 1st basically) ill be able to get one of the packs.

What I read was at a minimum until July 15 then you could upgrade until Aug 7.
