Here is a video tutorial I made showing use of terrain, this is my first attempt at creating a video tutorial for Mwo so constructive feedback is much appreciated! Hopefully I will make a tutorial like this at the rate of about 1 per week covering different topics that will help new players. Thanks for watching and good hunting!

Great tutorial, Kanajashi. Short, sweet, and to the point.

loved how you did the moves Turn based style. Really helps show off what you are trying to say far better than a full motion video. It is like Watching Football film...

I can just see it on Sunday morning countdown..

As you can see, the ultra fast Cicada moved behind those large Crates just in time, cutting off the direwolfs attack.. And then as the direwolf turned to get a better angle, that enemy Atlas stepped in behind him and Blew a hole in his back armor with his AC-20. I'll bet that direwolf pilot has had better days... Next time he might not be so quick to chase the squirl... :)

That's right Mort, He got caught looking, when he should of been paying attention... Back to you Kanajashi

Great job. Could be a bit longer.

My only grip has been the foggy starting section, which kinda hurt my eyes, and made it uncomfortable to discern the action in the background. Although, that could just be me.

All in all, I really liked it, it didn't run on and on and on and on... It got to the point, and had excellent demos of what's happening.

I look forward to seeing more of these.

Thanks for the feedback, I do think I can make them a bit longer. I think in the future I will be keeping them somewhere between 3-5 minutes, a little longer than this but still clear and consice. Also the first blurry section was just a background filler video because I didnt have anything in particular to show like during the exmaples. It had not occured to me that it might hurt someones eyes. I might lessen that blurring or use different footage such as a static title screen,

I personally like having just a gameplay video running in the intro, it doesn't have to be relevant or related. Could be a funny/awesome moment for you from a match, or something like that. Static screens are fine too, just the middle ground of running footage, and blurry screen can get dizzying or straining.

3-5 minutes sounds like a great length. It makes sure that everyone can watch them easily.
