It is a sad, terrible, lonely, miserable thing to take a Narc light and find that no one on your team has LRMs.

Same deal with UAV. Sometimes when Iook at start screen and see no friendly LRM boats, my FS9s just become sad. Those Lurmers give me so much UAV XP.

The problem with Lrms is there usefulness depends more on what everyone else is doing than what the person wielding them is doing.

At least with the UAV you get SOMETHING just from popping it at the right moment,

The only good lrm boat is a dead one. I ran my 3 lrm 15 + Narc warhawk with 2 LL, 3 ML backup and got 1280 damage on crimson strait. It just felt so dirty though.. All I had to do was get one good narc and then the target lost 30-50%+ armor pretty much every time. Lrms are hit and miss though but when they hit they make the game totally unfun for the other team.

Even when I'm not seeing LRMs coming, I keep narcing purely for the "They are over here!" effect even when they are out of line of sight.

Tired of being lurmed? equip a NARC. I am pretty sure the Matchmaker works purely on spite.

I think match maker is doing another line of balance. With lrm boating I end up on canyon and forest way more often. If I 4xppc or 4x ex laser I will end up on a hot map.

So Monkey you're telling me this guy wasnt having fun? I sure liked it haha.. Mind you minute later a cda mech shot me in the back because i had no armor on that mech , lrm100 troll build
