So I am very pleased to see so many of you pilots in actual units. Downside is the tag doesn't tell me who you guys are. I like asking, but to some it may come off as snobbish if I ask "who are you?". You should be proud of the units you've created and I believe PGI should make a Unit Abbreviation Decoder page under faction tab. They should also make it possible to either click pilots or the unit as a whole and say that you dropped with or against them. This would show how active a unit big or small is.

Just an idea.

Also its a bit strange how "hidden" the units name within the unit menu is, so small and bottom left, I had to search quite a while to find it. it whould be a big written thing on top middle when you are in the units menu.

And I hope they add something to the player profile here in the Forum allwoing a Pilot to show his Unit below the badges.

Yeah, I totally agree. I think its fair to all the new units that there is at least a list somewhere that give the Unit abbreviation and then the full name of the unit. older units are well established, but so many new ones sprang up.

don't know why they cant just have a button on the faction tab that lets you click a letter (or # for numbers/special characters), then lists units, including a few details about them such as member numbers, as well as a homepage link of some sort thereafter.

This is an awesome spreadsheet.

It's kind of sad (although not unexpected) that in order to get information about registered units in game, we need to go to a 3rd party google spreadsheet.

Lol it says we're 400-500 strong, that's news to me. I've never seen more than say 50 people online, 22 people in TS right now. We're the biggest unit in MWO apparently, didn't know that either, or atleast on this list. just makes me sad for this game.

Id say most of these are 1 man guild.

Not sure on the accuracy of this list. Several tags are re-used by multiple units, but PGI has stated that Tags will be unique.
