the hd 6670 will be able to run the game smoothly in lower than hd resolutions and with reduced details (~medium).
it´s a pretty cheap card with really good performance for it´s price.
while it´s a cost effective card, i would not recommend to buy one if you´ve got the money to buy a ( maybe used ?) gtx 460 or hd 6850.
best regards

So long as the rest of the system is up to spec, that card should have no problem with MWO.

Kind of to hijack this thread, but same question. HD 6630 M? @ 1600x900 resolution? Do I have any hopes?

I bought a 6670 for the fact that it's passively cooled and supports 3 monitors. I wasn't looking for anything particularly gaming-capable at the time. I upgraded to an up-to-date CPU/RAM/MB this week and can say that the 6670 runs current games nicely on medium settings.

don't expect it to run MWO on triple monitor mode though

as for the OP yes it should run the game, although like another poster, the 6850/6870 or even the 6790 will be a better choice if you can afford those

That one will probably struggle quite a bit.

1600x900 will be hard. it´s a pretty low-end mobile gpu. the settings you´ll have to consider are more like 1280x720 with low details.
i´ll take a look at some benchmarks.

http://www.notebookc...0M.43963.0.html

they list crysis 2 as playable in low settings (around 50 fps, which is really fine) but the card might struggle with intense battles in mwo.

best regards

Hm... I'm really wondering whether it will though. I've got a great cpu, decent ram that I can upgrade... It's just this blasted video card that I can't touch. But it seems to run skyrim fine on medium/high, dead island on max, Serious sam 3 BFE... Hell, I'm even running arkham city on high with the full resolution.

Are confident it'll struggle? It's pretty much the only thing keeping me from buying an elite package.

Edit: Thank you very much for finding that article. I've been struggling for ages to just find some damn info on the card, I can't seem to dig up anything. It looks like they're using a much weaker processor though, as I can run skyrim on mostly high with much higher FPS. I think I'll take the risk here and just buy the elite, and pray it works out.

The 6670 is a great card. A nice mix of lower power consumption, cost, size, and power. You should be able to run the game fine.

if the rest is decent, 1366x768 with lowest details could work well with the 6630M.
since we can only guess how the released game will perform no responsibility is taken for the correctness of this information (<- i copied this phrase from google translate  )

This is ridiculous, they need to release a benchmarking tool for the game or something, before these founders packages expire. I'm fully willing to throw my money at them, if I only knew if it would RUN :/
